Passion + Opportunity = Ministry

Since our founding in 1855, our sisters have been serving Christ's flock through their various talents, passions, and callings. With global opportunities to serve, sisters have responded to the needs of the times through their ministries. Community support and prayer offer the foundation for solid spiritual growth, which fosters the continuing efforts of the congregation as a whole.

Prayer and Community

As the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities, we live an evangelical life in community, which means we live as women of prayer and action. In community, we reverence each other as sisters because we recognize that we have a common brother in Christ. The love of God experienced together through prayer, community and in ministry empowers us to grow as persons in community. We reside in communities based on our ministry locations. We continue to pray and serve God's people together, as well as individually.
